Terms of Service
General Terms
In commissioning me you accept the following statements below.
-You must be 16+ to commission me. There will be a confirmation of age needed before I proceed with any business.
- I have the right to refuse any commission if you're rude, clearly a scam, the commission is out of my skill range or I'm not comfortable with it.
- Do not ask me to draw like another artist. My style is mine and if you don't like it please look to the artist with that style to better fit your desires. They deserve itđŸ’–
- DO NOT trace or recolor my art, use for NFT's or feed to Ai. I will put a watermark when posting commission work and only the commissioner will get the clean png.
- If you do post my art, please give me credit it helps a lot! đŸ’–
- For any custom work please send both visual and descriptive references. I want to have as clear an understanding of what you want as possible. If I'm not sure about something I will ask for clarification.
- Please keep in contact/have a way for me to reach out to you when the work if finish/in progress; but do not hound me to get the work rushed and completed.
- My work timeline can range from half a month => a month & a half to complete, depending on what was ordered, so please be patient with me. I will let you know of any delays to the process or if Ill be finishing sooner than expected.
- I will share teaser wips to confirm my progress with any commission. Sketch phase, line-art phase, & flat color phase last before showing the final piece.
- If you would like to make changes it must be during the sketch phase; there will be three chances within the sketch phase to make changes before I proceed to finish the rest of the piece.
Payment
- Payment must come first before I start any work or progress.
- Payment is through PayPal or Cashapp. (A link depending on payment method will be provided after order is confirmed)
Cancels/Refunds- If you'd like to cancel after Ive already started you'll be issued a refund based on progress.

: sketch started = half refund
: color started = quarter refund
- If I am suddenly unable to complete a commission, depending on progress, a refund will be issued.

- Mecha/robots/Vehicles
- Another character with yours without the other person's consent. (Must send screenshot proof)
- Illegal content (ie. Ped•phelia, sexual violence, etc.)
- Hateful or offensive imagery
- Hyper realism

CustomCustom is offered only for Chibi full bodies(+45 USD) or Half bodies(+80 USD).
-There will be three chances for revisions or tweaking before settling for the final piece.-Final price will be discussed after I hear what the client is looking for; before I get started.

195 USD - includes 2 chibi full bodies(front & back), 1 half body & 3 chibi icons
Scene
Can range from 200-265 USD depending on how complex a scene the client wants.-Scenes that require multiple characters (up to three), will be on the higher price end; but will also take longer to complete. So please, be patient with me.
